Amazon DSP Prime Week Survey Results 2026: Scorecard Changes Hurt Profitability

DEFT has released the results of its 2026 Mid-Year Prime Week Survey, providing an independent look at the financial and operational challenges facing Amazon Delivery Service Partners.
The findings reveal widespread concern about recent changes to the Amazon DSP program, particularly changes to the Scorecard and the financial consequences of achieving lower performance ratings.
One finding stands out:
90% of Amazon DSP owners who responded said recent Scorecard changes have negatively affected their businesses financially.
The results suggest that many DSP owners are experiencing the same pressures, even though those challenges are often dealt with privately and at the individual station level.
The financial pressure facing DSP owners is real, but it is not being experienced alone. Independent data gives the DSP community the evidence needed to identify shared problems, advocate for practical solutions, and push for a more sustainable Amazon DSP program.
DEFT encourages every DSP owner to review the findings, share the report, and participate in the effort to improve the future of the program.
