My RGU was shifted 10 days prior to Thanksgiving. Latest wave, longest STEM time. Lost over 30% of drivers. Had 87 drivers actually start from 10.01-12:23 with over 180 offers. STEM time was/is inaccurate and only way I can complete routes without DCR is to have rescues. STATION OTR/BC no help. I’ll receive a BOC for failure to RAMP and have a DCR CAP. OTR is frustrating me, due to STEM/Routing issues and did not file an exemption. I have escalated several times and want to file a grievance or arbitrate. Can DEFT assist with this? Has anyone actually arbitrated while still in the program? If so, how do I do this?
