Glad to be here and thankful for everyone who’s willing to step into this space. It’s encouraging to see owners come together to share experiences and think through solutions thoughtfully and professionally.
I’m curious if there’s a plan or framework in place to help grow awareness of DEFT over time, whether that’s through word of mouth, data-driven outreach, or other low-risk approaches that protect anonymity. Gaining broader participation seems important if we want the issues being discussed here to be fully understood and taken seriously.
