When I started, my understanding is there were three buckets to focus on. One was income from routes that would cover labor and operating expenses, the second was fleet which would cover fleet costs for a normal operating fleet, and third was profit from achieving incentives. By running a solid business, money could be made in all three buckets.
Fleet specifically, this has been the issue that has kept me awake since I started. I never fully understood how I could get out of it without losing my shirt, once I started and the details became more clear. Made an assumption that Amazon would make it right. We are so far removed from the people who originally had the vision for the program.
